Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026. Leveraged Legacy Ventures LLC ("we") operates an internal business management platform used only by our own staff and partner companies.
What we collect
- Staff account details needed to sign in (name, email, multi-factor authentication).
- With the account owner's explicit authorization through Plaid, read-only transaction and account details (institution, account name, last digits, balances and transactions) for our own business bank and card accounts.
How we use it
Only for internal bookkeeping: reconciling income and expenses against our ledger. We do not sell, rent or share this data, use it for advertising, or initiate payments or transfers.
How we protect it
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. Bank access tokens are stored encrypted on the server and are never shown in the application. We never receive or store bank login credentials; those are entered only on the bank's or Plaid's own pages.
Retention and deletion
Linked accounts can be disconnected at any time, after which we stop retrieving data. We keep accounting records as long as required for tax and legal purposes, then delete them. To request deletion or ask a question, email leveragedlegacyventures@gmail.com.
Third parties
We use Plaid Inc. to connect bank accounts; see Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under their security terms.
